Cat Claw Honey

The rarest of all of our honeys, it could be here one year and gone the next. Totally dependent on rainfall amounts, it has been several years since our bee keepers have had enough Sweet Acacia blossoms to produce a larger crop for sale.

AND it is 100% unheated, unfiltered, raw Southern Arizona honey at its finest. It does not get more local than this, with the bee hives for this honey all located within 30 miles of Tucson, Arizona.

Health benefits? Same as the mesquite.
